Cats are territorial creatures of habit. They feel most comfortable when they are in their usual surroundings. Even though many catteries provide an excellent service, some cats still find the experience of being away from home unsettling and stressful. Having a cat sitter visit your home, means your cat can stay relaxed in their own environment. 

In the event of an emergency, I will contact you immediately. If I cannot get hold of you, I will use the emergency contact details you have provided. I will then act accordingly, seeking veterinarian treatment, in accordance with your wishes. The priority is always the health and welfare of the cat. For added reassurance, I am also trained in feline first aid and carry a feline first aid kit with me.

Please contact me with the dates you are away and the types of visits you require. I'll check availability and then arrange a first visit to meet both you and the cat, receive the instructions and pick up the keys. There is no charge for this visit and it will usually take around 20-30 minutes.

No, This is due to the possibility of any return delays, whereby your home and cat would then be left neglected. The safety of both the cat and property are the top priority. I will retain the keys until you have arrived home and organised repossession of them. 

YES! Many clients like me to securely retain their keys, so that I am ready for the next booking and am able to do cat sitting at short notice if required. 

If you prefer to have your keys returned after each trip, that is not a problem but it will incur a £10 fee to cover the travel and time. For security, I will only return keys to the owner or a person designated in writing by the owner.

No. I can be booked for anything from one visit to multiple visits over several weeks.
